IC-ESMA serves as a platform for collaboration among global experts, aiming to advance our understanding of semiconductor materials' pivotal role in shaping future technology. The conference is hosted by Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology specializing in ultra-high pure materials, E-waste recycling, silicon recovery, silicon carbide crystal growth and sensor technologies. IC-ESMA focuses on the latest advancements in semiconductor materials, including synthesis, characterization, and applications in electronics, photonics, and renewable energy.

Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET) is a registered Scientific Society under Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), a unique concept for the development of viable technologies in the area of materials mainly for electronics.
